It was my lucky day when I found VFit on the Nextdoor app. Victoria has worked with me over the last six months to achieve my fitness goals. She knows how to encourage you through a challenging workout and a whole body approach when it comes to fitness. Even at the age of 61 I have gained so much more than muscle and strength. Victoria is more than just an amazing trainer. She is also a great listener, innovative, and knowledgeable about the inner workings of the human body. As I’ve trained with Victoria over the years, she strives to keep the workouts fun and fresh. While recovering from injuries sustained in everyday life, she works with me to find the safest way to continue training, but is happy to acknowledge when certain muscles just need to rest. Additionally, she’s worked with my kids off and on, and is happy to customize age appropriate workouts for them. We all think Victoria’s the best!
